Introducing you to our new Vermont Culinary Getaways Package at the Historic Brandon Inn designed specifically for small groups, couples and Ladies’ getaways. Join us for a wonderful three days in the charming town of Brandon, VT.

Your package will include four unique culinary Chef demonstrations with limited interaction, visits to a local brewery, a lakeside apple orchard and hard cider facility and a New England maple museum.

This program is perfect for a small group of friends who enjoy fantastic food and are looking for a short New England getaway.  This package can accommodate groups from 8 to 14 people. 

Your stay will include two night’s accommodations at the Historic Brandon Inn, two culinary breakfast demonstrations, one culinary lunch demonstration (or an organic lunch at a local CSA farm), one culinary Chef dinner demonstration and a mouthwatering arrival night dinner.  Visits to a local orchard and cider maker, brewery, and maple museum will be arranged for you prior to arrival.  

Day One

Before arriving late afternoon at the Brandon Inn located in the quaint, charming town of Brandon, Vermont, we will visit the Champlain Orchard and Hard Cider Company. Upon arrival at the Inn, enjoy a Wine and Cheese Reception followed by dinner served in the Main Dining Room.  After dinner relax with friends and family in the inn’s living room.

Day Two

A delicious Breakfast and scone-making demonstration by Chef Louis Pattis is included this morning at the inn.  Relax or explore the town on your own before making a short walk to the Café Provence Culinary Classroom where we will meet with Chef Robert Barral for an educational, interactive cooking demonstration followed by lunch. (Alternative Option: Visit a local, Organic CSA Farm for a tour followed by a tasty lunch).  Immediately following lunch, we will visit either a local brewery or distillery depending upon your group’s preference.  We end our day with a three-course culinary dinner prepared by Chef Robert Barral at the Café Provence.  Make your way back to the Inn to relax and enjoy your final evening in Vermont.

Day Three

A late morning culinary breakfast with Chef Louis Pattis is included at the inn before we make our way to the New England Maple Museum. The museum exhibits provide history and essential information about Vermont’s “Liquid Gold”.  The gift shop offers delicious tasty treats, baskets and much more that you can take home with you.
