Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable $50 Tour Deposit per Person and completed Tour Reservation Form is required for all tours (unless otherwise indicated). Payment in full is due 45 days prior to tour departure date. All tour participants’ cancellations must be in writing. A refund will be granted up to 45 days prior to tour departure minus the $50 deposit. A cancellation fee of 50% of the Tour price will be charged for cancellations inside 45 days prior to departure date; 60% between 20 and 10 days prior to departure. No refunds will be honored within 10 days of Tour departure date. After you fill in the above form, you will be taken to the payment page.
These tours are operated Sugar Tours, Inc. of West Dover, VT. Sugar Tours, Inc. acts only as an agent for tour members in arranging room accommodations, transportation, sight-seeing, admissions and restaurants. Sugar Tours reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes in itinerary and is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time or money, or other circumstances resulting from an itinerary change or change of tour arrangements for tour members. Sugar Tours reserves the right to decline, to accept or to retain any person, as a member of any tour at any time. Sugar Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property, or for injuries, expenses or damages incurred or claimed by any tour member(s). Sugar Tours acts only as agents for the passenger and therefore accepts no responsibility, in whole or part, for delays, loss, damage, injury to property or person due to mechanical defects or other cause, or for additional expenses incurred through sickness, weather, strikes, or other causes. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure and in such case all payments will be refunded without obligation on our part.
